AmeriPath to Present at Banc of America Genomics and Diagnostics
Conference
Riviera Beach, FL, March 19, 2002 – AmeriPath, Inc. (Nasdaq:PATH),

services, today announced it will participate in the Banc of America
Securities Genomics and Diagnostics Conference 2002 to be held
at the The Pierre Hotel in New York City, New York. The AmeriPath
presentation will be made by the Company’s Executive Vice
President of Genomic Strategies and Chief Medical Officer, Dennis
M. Smith, Jr., M.D., on Wednesday, March 20, 2002, at 3:00 p.m.
Eastern Time.
