Riviera Beach, FL, June 26, 2002 – AmeriPath, Inc. (Nasdaq:PATH),
one of the nation’s leading providers of anatomic pathology
services, today announced it will participate in the Wachovia Securities’ Twelfth
Annual Nantucket Conference to be held at the Harbor House Village
in Nantucket, Massachusetts. The Company’s Executive Vice
President of Operations, Jim Billington, will make the AmeriPath
presentation on Thursday, June 27th, 2002, at 2:00 p.m., Eastern
Time.
