This experienced team of urology experts – appointed according to training, expertise and leadership in the urologic pathology and cytology disciplines -- brings you the most decisive and detailed diagnostic information available to help you optimize your patient care.

Urology Expertise

- Many years' experience with urinary tract disease evaluation and diagnosis in a variety of academic, community hospital, and national reference laboratory settings
- American Board of Pathology certification in anatomic and clinical pathology
- Fellowship training in urologic pathology and cytology
- Academic appointments at many major universities across the United States
- Leadership and active service in several national medical and scientific societies and associations
- Active involvement in research and development
Focus on Current, Clinically-Relevant Urology Issues
- Provides medical direction to ensure an optimized, accurate, and integrated patient specimen assessments
- Reviews, develops, and approves disease-specific protocols for diagnostic, prognostic, and therapeutic workups
- Routinely reevaluates urologic pathology product offerings to determine needs for new tests and/or revised test methodologies
- Utilizes AmeriPath's national consultation network to ensure accurate and definitive diagnoses on difficult cases.
