General Information
Clinical Utility
Karyotype analysis identifies acquired chromosomal abnormalities associated with leukemia, lymphoma, myeloproliferative disorders such as CML, and various myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) with reflex to FISH if cytogenetic analysis is limited or does not correlate with morphologic/flow findings.
