UnitedHealthcare
AmeriPath has a renewed, multi-year agreement with UnitedHealthcare to provide pathology and esoteric testing services to its members nationwide.
Aetna
AmeriPath signed a multi-year agreement to provide pathology and esoteric testing services to all Aetna members in the United States effective July 1, 2007. AmeriPath is a participating provider for all Aetna products including HMO, non-HMO, Medicare and Medicaid plans.
CIGNA Healthcare
AmeriPath signed a multi-year agreement to provide pathology and esoteric testing services to CIGNA HealthCare members effective March 1, 2005. Under the agreement, AmeriPath is a participating provider in CIGNA HealthCare's HMO, POS, OAP, PPO and indemnity networks in 36 states, Washington DC, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
